Noted 200303: On p.6, Sec.1.3, "p(x,t) at any constant position x is a sinusoid as a function of x" should read "...as a function of t".
Noted 230825: On p.23, Sec.2.5, "...the magnetic field should perpendicular to B..." should read "...the magnetic field should be perpendicular to B...".  Also, the behavior is better described as a consequence of special relativity, not quantum mechanics. 
Noted 180925: On p.41, Eq.3.50, the sign of the exponent should be "+" (not "-")
Noted 200417: On p.55, Sec.3.17, second paragraph, "...consider the short-circuited line (Figure 3.23(b)...": Subfigure should be "(a)", not "(b)".
Noted 180908: In the hardcopy edition only: On p.59, Sec.3.19, Fig.3.25, the length of the left section of line should "lambda/4" ("lambda" is missing)
Noted 230904: On p.60, Sec.3.20 (line after Eq.3.134) "T def 2*pi/f" should be "T def 1/f"
Noted 181002: On p.63, Sec.3.22 (paragraph below Equation 3.146), "because the real part of Z1 is periodic in l with period lambda/4." should read "because the real part of Z1 spans all possible values every lambda/4.
Noted 230314: On page 67, Sec. 3.23, "... (input impedance of an open- and short-circuited..." should read "... (input impedance of a short- and open-circuited..."
Noted 181111: On p.175, Table 8.1, middle column, fourth equation, integral of H dot ds on closed path C should be integral of H dot *dl* on closed path C. 
Noted 201114: On p.190, Sec. 8.8, after Eq. 8.42: "take a directive of E" should read "take a derivative of E"
Noted 201114: On p.207, Sec. 9.6: Just before Eq. 9.103, E_0 is implied (but not explicitly stated) to be real-valued. Thus, in the last line of Eq. 9.104, the magnitude signs around E_0 are not necessary.  
Noted 190315: On p.219, Equation B.20: "A" should be indicated as a vector; i.e., in bold face.
Noted 230904: Throughout book, "Kirchoff" should be spelled "Kirchhoff"
